Please read carefully before filling the form:

Entering the Payment Transaction ID is mandatory.
👉 Forms without a valid Transaction ID will not be accepted.

After successful form submissio

Your Admission Card will be issued 2 days in advance.

✔️ And also on your registered email ID

⚠️ Incorrect or incomplete details may lead to cancellation of registration.
